Yes! Yesterday is the best day to learn to swim. Today is the next best day. Learn at your pace with an environment created to support your growth. Have fun, enjoy the fresh air at our outdoor sites while reaching your swimming goals.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
We accept Zelle, Check or Cash before the start of your session.
There is no set in stone answer for this one. However, science suggests consistency and duration add up. For example, Mondays and Tuesdays for 4 weeks would provide improved results compared to Mondays for 3 weeks. Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week.
If you're swimming, please arrive prepared to swim with your bathing suit on. You'll need a towel to dry off with, and you may want to consider a dry change of clothes and drinking water for afterward. The pools have a changing area.
If you're doing a land session, wear something comfortable such as athletic clothing designed to keep you cool and wick away sweat. You may want to consider bringing water. Locations have water fountains.
