Swimming is a skill you have for life. Swimming lessons significantly reduces the risk of drowning.
While swimming is an important skill, we strive to make lessons fun and engaging.
The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends children ages 3-5 be active throughout the day, 6-17 years active at least 60 minutes a day, and adults active at least 150 minutes a week. Swimming is a great way to fulfill those guidelines due to the unique properties of water including: buoyancy, resistance and pressure.
Swimming can help to improve sleep, reduce depression and anxiety, and promote improved long term health.
